Leasing Agent
We are looking for someone to manage our vacant listings, lease renewals, and rent increases. A real estate agent or broker license is required, and leasing or management experience is a plus – as is an understanding of SF Rent Control laws.
Maintenance Lead
Our team is looking to add an experienced maintenance person that can manage our weekly maintenance ticket backlog and focus on our larger projects that need permits with the city, annual property walks, and managing some remodels.
